Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, telecom engineering, computer science and engineering, or a similar field.
∎ 3 Years or more experience as a report and optimization engineer. Advanced knowledge of 2G, 3G, 4G, LTE and RF networks.
∎ Have good knowledge about TEMS Discovery, TEMS Investigation, Map Info, Google Earth, etc.
∎ Have experience about Cluster optimization and solution, SSV, Customer Complaint, Network problem identification and solution.
∎ Have knowledge about Layer-2, Layer-3 message, MOS, physical and logical KPI, Radio network planning and optimization.
∎ Ability to work without supervision and as per customer requirement.
∎ Excellent at accurately recording, processing, and analyzing data in order to achieve network optimization
∎ Exceptional at leading a team and motivating others to perform outstanding work raveling to customer locations and field sites Have experience to work all over Bangladesh.
