Educational Requirements:
∎ Applicants of only the following backgrounds will be considered: Architecture, EEE, MECH, CE
∎ Diploma or Bachelors either is acceptable.
∎ Skills Required: Autocad, MS Word, Revit

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Further training will be given but the candidate must have working knowledge of the software.
∎ The candidate must have knowledge of how REVIT works, we will train further.
∎ He/ She must know how mechanical and/or electrical and/ or fire fighting systems and/ or plumbing systems work.
∎ Basic knowledge in Electrical and Mechanical systems will get preference.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ The job is time sensitive and requires precision and discipline. The job timing is good. The office is comfortable and also allows adequate benefits in terms of over times, project bonuses, leaves, holidays, remuneration, guidance and training. Office will be open 6 days (Saturday-Sunday), 10am-7pm (1 hour break for lunch).
