∎ Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Architecture in Architecture, Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture
∎ Diploma in Civil/Architecture will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Autocad 2d, Civil Engineering and Architecture
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Undertake design project from concept to completion.
∎ Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief”.
∎ Set costs and project fees according to budget.
∎ Research and decide on materials and products sourcing.
∎ Material and measurement accuracy check.
∎ Suggestion alternative materials for cost minimization.
∎ Supervise working in progress with quality.
∎ Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors.
∎ Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices.
∎ Site visit & handover process.
∎ Regular market visit.
∎ Other task assign by line manager.
