∎ Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.

∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
∎ Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems.
∎ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

∎ Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures.
∎ Supervise and coordinate activities of staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
∎ Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
∎ Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
∎ Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
∎ Prepare and manage budgets, including payroll and expense controls.
∎ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
