Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design strategy and set goals for growth
∎ Control budgets and optimize expenses
∎ Ensure employees are motivated and productive
∎ Coordinating and optimizing front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
∎ Controlling operational costs and promoting efficiency
∎ General administration
∎ Troubleshooting
∎ Taking reservations
∎ Fostering positive customer relations
∎ Recruiting, training and supervising staff
∎ Optimizing workflow and productivity
∎ Monitoring product quality and handling vendors
∎ Ensuring compliance with licensing, health and safety regulations
∎ Establishing and maintaining policies and protocols
∎ Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
