- Practical experience in managing beachside resorts and handling guests is essential.
- Proven ability to manage daily resort operations, staff, and guest services.
- Experience in financial management, cash handling, billing, and maintaining accounts.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and guest relations skills.
- Willingness to stay and work on Saint Martin’s Island for the entire employment period.
