Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS from BM&DC recognized institutions with one year internship completed.
∎ 01 year training/experience in Ophthalmology may be preferred.
∎ Excellent communication skills (Oral & Written) and teamwork (working ability in the multi-disciplinary team).
∎ Skills in MS Office.

∎ We are currently looking Resident Medical Officers (RMO) to join our IIEI&H team. The RMO will be responsible for providing medical care to patients with eye-related conditions, under the supervision of senior Ophthalmologists. The training program for this position is two years, during which the RMO will learn and gain practical experience and knowledge in the field by working alongside senior Ophthalmologists.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for providing care to the patients admitted in the hospital. Should be under direct guidance of the concerned doctors and work in close harmony and supervision of the mentor in managing patients at spheres of Education & Medical Services Departments. The incumbent should have to attend duties at day, night and holidays as per duty roster, participate in academic activities and tasks should be performed delegated by seniors.
∎ Conducting physical examinations of patients to diagnose and treat eye-related conditions.
∎ Participating in medical rounds and presenting patient cases to senior physicians.
∎ Administering medication and monitoring the patient's progress during treatment.
∎ Maintaining accurate patient records and updating medical charts.
∎ Communicating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and treatment.
∎ Attend OPD on a regular basis as directed by hospital authority.
∎ Develop excellent interpersonal skills and rapport with all peers, all doctors, patients and nursing staffs.
∎ Participate in academic activities.
∎ Carry out tasks assigned by his / her seniors / competent authority.

∎ Age 20 to 30 years
