Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Respond to technical queries from the MEP contractor as soon as possible and no later than the permitted time period in the contract and maintain records
∎ Monitor the mechanical works by the MEP contractor and maintain a photographic record on any sub standard works or non compliance giving notice to the MEP contractor and the Project Manager
∎ Assess and record the progress of the works undertaken Provide support to the UK base quantity surveyor in the preparation of monthly payment valuations
∎ Review and comment of the O M manuals and as built drawings prepared by the MEP contractor

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Electro mechanical supervision project with experience in supervision/project planning/ quality assurance plan
∎ Knowledge in health and safety management and experience in industrial projects are preferred
∎ Execution of FIDIC Contract is highly preferred

Salary: Negotiable
