Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall management of all construction projects undertaken by Bay Economic Zone Limited.
∎ Coordinate with and advise design team for preparing architectural and construction drawings that meet the company desired operational objectives for the building or establishment.
∎ Prepare construction plans in collaboration with third party engineers based on the architectural designs and operational objectives provided by company management.
∎ Draft a complete and comprehensive budget for construction based on the approved plans.
∎ Prepare project timelines, stage-wise deliverables and associated tasks.
∎ Review material and equipment requisition plans proposed by third party engineers for each construction deliverable.
∎ Coordinate with procurement team on negotiating with vendors/contractors, vendor/contractor selection, and detailing the terms and conditions for work orders and purchase orders.
∎ Assign construction tasks to site engineers and workers and explain to them desired outcomes and deadlines.
∎ Ensure that safety and security measures are arranged for and maintained at project sites.
∎ Regularly liaise with site engineers to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
∎ Manage costs in order to meet or stay under budget.
∎ Take regular work updates from the site engineers.
∎ Prepare periodic progress reports for management and give presentations when required.
∎ Maintain relationships with vendors for key construction materials.
∎ Check the invoice of contractors and timely handover to head office.
∎ Should have good knowledge & expert auto cad drawing to properly revise the architectural & structural drawing.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Strong leadership and management skills.
∎ Energetic, confident, proactive and assertive.
∎ Experience in Factory building construction (RCC and steel structures) will get preference.
∎ Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ MS word, Excel, Power Point etc.
Salary: Negotiable
