Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements, goals, and budget constraints. Develop project plans and feasibility studies.
∎ Create architectural concepts and detailed plans that meet project objectives. Ensure designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and compliant with local building codes.
∎ Oversee the construction process, monitor project timelines, and manage the budget. Collaborate with contractors and sub-contractors to ensure the project proceeds as planned.
∎ Ensure that construction activities align with architectural plans and specifications, adhering to quality and safety standards.
∎ Identify and resolve construction-related issues or design modifications in collaboration with the architectural team.
∎ Maintain detailed records of construction activities, inspections, and deficiencies. Generate reports and update project documentation as needed.
∎ Assist in managing contracts and subcontracts, reviewing performance, and ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with agreements.
∎ Ensure the quality of materials and workmanship in construction projects. Address any issues or discrepancies promptly.
∎ Maintain open and regular communication with clients. Provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and manage client expectations.
∎ Develop detailed cost estimates for projects, including material costs, labor, and other expenses. Monitor and control project costs to stay within budget.
∎ Incorporate sustainable and environmentally friendly design elements into projects when applicable.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Resident Engineer Architect or similar role;
∎ State-issued architectural license;
∎ Thorough knowledge of architectural design, construction methods, materials, and building codes.
∎ Good communication skills to be able to represent the company at all levels.
∎ Ability to put together and manage teams with talent and specific domain expertise.
∎ Understanding of Design Studio management and reporting to cooperate team, in terms of project performance both financially and technically.
∎ Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships within the team.
∎ Ability to lead a team and manage interpersonal issues and ensure good project delivery.
