Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (B. Engg) in Civil Engineering
∎ Only B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a reputed University with good academic record are encouraged to apply.
∎ Skilled in MS Office, AutoCAD, Project Management and expert in Microsoft Excel.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
∎ Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
∎ Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations including quality of Works.
∎ Attend Monthly / weekly progress meetings (as appropriate).
∎ Prepare and submit progress report.
∎ Prepare actual material requirement (along with the market price) for the projects.
∎ Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 - 10 years in construction fields/real estate
∎ Good project management skills.
∎ Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and to set priorities.
∎ Good ability to work with a virtual cross-functional team.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills with high-level communication, networking and negotiating skills.
∎ Ability to work with initiative and well under pressure
∎ Proven / Past work experience in the Construction field as Project Manager (Preferable).
∎ Good writing, analytical and communication skills.
∎ Preparation and documentation of different contracts / project deals.
∎ Willing and able to travel independently outside station and stay outside Dhaka as required.
