For R&D Executive (Mathematics & Science)

• Strong understanding of Mathematics and Science concepts from primary to secondary levels.

• Ability to develop worksheets, lesson plans, assessments, experiments, and educational resources.

• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written communication skills in both Bangla and English.

• Ability to simplify complex concepts for young learners.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

• Familiarity with AI tools and educational technologies is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Child Psychologist (Part Time)

• Relevant qualifications and proven experience in child and adolescent counselling

• Strong problem-solving skills, rational thinking, and a can-do attitude

• Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically

• Willingness to maintain *Islamic attire* in accordance with institutional values

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Male R&D Executive (Math & Science) (Full Time)

R&D Executive (Math & Science) (Full Time)

• Develop Mathematics and Science curriculum, lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and learning materials.

• Design hands-on activities, STEM projects, and science experiments.

• Create age-appropriate content aligned with NCTB, Cambridge, Olympiad, or other academic frameworks.

• Conduct educational research to improve learning outcomes and teaching methodologies.

• Review and update existing academic materials based on feedback and performance data.

• Collaborate with teachers, content developers, and creative teams to produce engaging learning resources.

• Support teacher training and academic quality assurance initiatives.

• Stay updated with current educational trends, STEM innovations, and best practices.

Child Psychologist (Part-Time)

• Provide counselling support to Primary & Junior Section students

• Guide and support teachers and guardians

• Motivate stakeholders to achieve academic and personal objectives
