Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Bangla typing, English typing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Encourage customers to be our clients (Dealer/Depo) & also have to deal with our E-commerce Site.
∎ Assisting customers with queries and providing solutions quickly.
∎ We are looking for an upbeat, self-motivated person who can work under pressure and is flexible to meet all work-related tasks & assigned targets.
∎ Provide service to the customer and gives precise information & solution to the customer.
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information & provide solutions to required complaints.
∎ Manage and update customer databases with the status of each customer.
∎ Report to management daily, Weekly & monthly update situation.
∎ Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken against complaints.
∎ Must have excellent computer operating skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
∎ To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
