Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving telephone calls, mails, e-mails and forward them to the appropriate destinations.
∎ Applicant should have typing skill in Bengali & English
∎ Applicant should have maintaining good relation with customer.
∎ Shall be capable of handling guests directly.
∎ Sending and receiving faxes with due follow up.
∎ Shall be Responsible to keep all types of record relating to Front / Reception Desk.
∎ Ensuring data of employee movements in and out of office.
∎ Assisting in meeting arrangement and organizer catering.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Front Desk, Office Manager
