Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Evaluate patients' conditions and develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans.
∎ Implement patient therapy interventions, assess outcomes, and adjust treatments as necessary.
∎ Educate patients and their families about the treatment plans and preventive measures.
∎ Maintain patient records, documenting therapy sessions and progress.
∎ Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
∎ Stay current with advancements in the field and incorporate evidence-based practices into treatment plans.
