Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Electrical, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure day to day after sales service issues of the region.
∎ Diagnosis of faults in and arranging proper servicing on time.
∎ Supervising all technical staff under different service centers under his region.
∎ Preparing service reports based on statistical and financial records.
∎ Supervise managing stocks of spare parts of all equipment and placing order to the service head.
∎ Supervise, control and monitor service tickets.
∎ Check and verify staff service bill and associate center service bill.
∎ Ensuring supply of tools and instrument for Technician, Engineer, Service Center and Associate Service Center.
∎ Ensuring spare parts for Pedrollo Service Center, Associate Service Center, outdoor technicians and self-use through zonal in-charge.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.

Salary: Negotiable
