Since then, Kumudini Pharma Limited has been manufacturing and marketing high quality pharmaceuticals at affordable price to help the ailing people of Bangladesh and consequently, been enjoying persistent growth in pharma market.
∎ To expedite its growth, we are looking for smart, self-motivated, hardworking and ambitious individuals as second-line supervisory position. The incumbent as Regional Sales Manager/Senior Sales Regional Manager will lead a sales team comprising 5-8 Area Managers, each Area Manager leading a team comprising 5-8 Medical Promotion Officers.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the team members to achieve Regional Sales objective through prescription generation and improve the productivity as well
∎ Ensure implementation of marketing strategies as devised by the management
∎ Analyze team members’ performance on regular basis to ensure achievement and compliance
∎ Analyze customer relation, market situation and competitors to find out new business opportunity
∎ Ensure optimized utilization of resources by the team members
∎ Visit target customers to develop and sustain good rapport
∎ Cultivate healthy working culture to retain the team members

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2-year experience as Regional Sales Manager
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Ability to handle customer in any situation
∎ Eloquence in both Bengali and English
