Job Responsibilities:
∎ To fulfill the monthly annual sales target declared by the management.
∎ Planning and execution of Sales strategy considering current market trend.
∎ Administer field sales force of assigned sales division in a proper manner which ensures individual growth and target achievement.
∎ Should have the capability to form team & coordinate them.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having Experience as RSM/ ZSM at Noakhali, Comilla, Sylhet & Barisal regions are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Young, Energetic, Dynamic, Hardworking, willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Applicant should have 2-3 years running experience as Regional Sales Manager/ Zonal Sales Manager with proven track record from any reputed Pharmaceuticals Company
