∎ Responsible for overall sales management of a particular region
∎ Develop and manage a sales team in order to achieve sales & productivity target and meet other corporate objectives
∎ Explore new business avenues constantly to increase OPL market share
∎ Be responsive and proactive towards managing issues related to sales and marketing activities
∎ Train & assist sales colleagues to improve their technical & selling skills
∎ Promote corporate culture & values for upholding company image
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
