∎ Set effective strategy to achieve sales target
∎ Evaluate the performance of the team regularly, provide motivation & support them to increase productivity & achieve target
∎ Establish good rapport with Key Opinion Leaders
∎ Update on competitors' activities & implement effective strategy to gain maximum market share
∎ Report to the management as per prescribed format in a regular & timely manner
