∎ Set effective strategy to achieve Prescription & Sales target.
∎ Evaluate the performance of the team regularly, provide motivation & support them to increase productivity & achieve target.
∎ Establish good rapport with Key Opinion Leaders.
∎ Update on competitors' activities & implement effective strategy to gain maximum market share.
∎ Report to the management as per prescribed format in a regular & timely fashion.
