Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
∎ MBBS/Graduation in any discipline. Candidate with MPH degree will be preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This is a district-level position with the role of supervising around 15 Shakti Medical Care Center (SMCC) and responsible to monitor service delivery
∎ Manage and supervise the SMCC staff on each activity and deliverables
∎ Liaison and create a harmonious relationship with other Shakti Programs as well as local government, health institutions, public and private hospitals and other NGOs
∎ Ensure proper and quality delivery of services to maximum number of beneficiaries in each area Shakti and manage critical cases for referral or audio/video consultation with doctors/specialists
∎ Ensure proper delivery of MATS/Paramedics and doctor consultation, basic diagnostic service, immunization and vaccination, medicine sale and non-pharma products sale in each of the respective areas
∎ Ensure logistics support across each SMCC
∎ Make and report the service and financial performance of each SMCC with SWOT analysis
∎ Visit each SMCC at least once a month
∎ Collect data on client satisfaction through random exit surveys in each area (Minimum 15)
∎ Any other responsibilities provided by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 3 years with field-level work experience in public health with NGOs/Development Institution
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
