Job Context:
∎ A renowned pharmaceutical distribution company having very strong presence all over Bangladesh is looking for qualified candidates for the position of "Regional Distribution Manager" (Rank: Assistant Manager) to work in the organization.
∎ Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh (Out of Dhaka)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise & Monitor operational activities of all Depots within the region
∎ Planning, coordinating and mitigating all job relevant issues
∎ Ensure depot visit and audit timely & accurately
∎ Reduce return rate and depot operational expenses within the region
∎ Evaluate performance fairly, confidently, and accurately in time
∎ Increase productivity of all by identifying problems and reducing performance gaps
∎ Continuously inspiring all the Depot In-charge to ensure to get best outputs by identifying their gaps
∎ Strictly manage disciplinary issues and generate positive behavior within the region

Additional Requirements:
∎ Computer Literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) is a must.
∎ Excellent inter personal communication skill both in English & Bangla.
∎ Work experience in SAP will be an added advantage.
∎ Minimum 8 - 10 years of job experience in relevant field is preferable.
