Job Context:
∎ SMEC is a global development and engineering consultancy with a strong presence in the South & Central Asia region. We are currently looking for Recruitment Coordinator (Contractual) to join our team in Bangladesh through our local subsidiary ACE Consultants Ltd.
∎ We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting pre-employment screenings, and managing the candidate experience. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and be committed to providing a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
∎ Manage candidate communication and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
∎ Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, applicants and Hiring Managers/ Stakeholders regarding all matters pertaining to the recruitment and selection of future/ employees.
∎ Comply with legislation and policies relevant to the recruitment and selection of employees
∎ Maintain CV Bank of potential candidates for future opportunities
∎ Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork as needed
∎ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices
∎ Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs and campus recruitment
∎ Stay up-to-date with recruitment trends and best practices and share knowledge with the team

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
