∎ Minimum H.S.C in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure gentle, polite and welcoming reception for walk-in customers/visitors of the company.
∎ Attend walk-in customers/visitors and meet their queries by providing necessary information.
∎ Direct the guest to the Right person to meet.
∎ Attend phone calls incoming/out going with greetings and answer them in a professional way.
∎ Receive documents and ensure effective documentation, filing and dispatch system.
∎ Shall be Responsible to keep all types of records relating to Front/Reception Desk.
∎ Staff are required to perform any other duties instructed by the Supervisor/Management.
∎ Should be basic knowledge in Computer.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be well-groomed, presentable and possess amiable personality.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
∎ Adequate knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, internet browsing and email operation.
