Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome and greet doctors, patients, and visitors in person or on the telephone, and answer or refer inquiries.
∎ Verify and help clients by scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts.
∎ Protect patient confidentiality in terms of medical, personal, and financial information.
∎ Handle phone calls (both incoming and outgoing).
∎ Filing, organizing and updating necessary documents.
∎ Maintaining register log for inbounds and outbound parcels.
∎ Monitor and keep the reception area neat and tidy at all times.
∎ Maintaining office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipate required supplies and prepare requisition.
∎ Verify receipt of supplies, and schedule equipment service and repairs.
∎ Maintaining operations by following policies and procedures, and reporting needed changes to the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience as a receptionist in a hospital environment is preferable.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Over time allowance
