Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
∎ Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
∎ Schedule meetings and conference rooms.
∎ Ensure coffee and set out food.
∎ Ensure reception area is tidy.
∎ Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
∎ Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
∎ Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
∎ Perform basic book keeping, filing, and clerical duties.
∎ Assisting the HR team in Joining and exit formalities.
∎ Good communication skill
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must looks good and smart
∎ Minimum Height 5 feet 2 inch
∎ Candidate must be fluent in English speaking and writing.
∎ Must have communication and negotiation skills
∎ Responsible, reliable, highly energetic, polite, hardworking and Punctual.
∎ Co-operative and challenging mentality to work with team member.
∎ Communicate clearly over the phone and demonstrate good listening skills.
