Job Responsibilities:
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and organizational skills
∎ Respond to all telephone calls, incoming/outgoing mails with required information in a good and courteous voice and manner.
∎ Act as the first point of contact for Client information.
∎ Must have mentality to be active in all social media.
∎ Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Google Docs and Google Spreadsheets
∎ Greet walk-in visitors, clients, and set up meetings with concerned officials.
∎ Provide right information to customers at reception in a professional tone & attitude, and redirect to other employees where appropriate.
∎ Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk - monitor logbook
