∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcoming the Visitors, Guests and Clients in Front Desk/Reception and make necessary arrangement for meeting them with respective Department.
∎ Receive and manage all incoming and outgoing calls through PABX system efficiently and promptly connect the calls with concerned persons.
∎ Update Phone book/Contact list.
∎ Excellent telephone manners & communication skills both in English and Bengali.
∎ Efficient to receive bills, letters and forward those to corresponding department.
∎ Collect necessary information over telephone and provide related information to the management and respective Departments.
∎ Pass the official orders to the employees.
∎ Maintain and Upkeep the Front Desk/Reception area.
∎ Provide Customer Relation & Admin support as and when required by the Management.
∎ Attend regular meeting as per schedule.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management.
∎ Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Smart, pleasant personality, confident and possesses interpersonal skill.
∎ Proficient with computer knowledge.
∎ E-mailing and Internet browsing.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
