Job Context:
∎ Impulse Hospital is looking for a smart Receptionist (Male) to undertake all duties at the front desk preferable data entry in English.
∎ Workplace: Impulse Hospital, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Receptionist (Male): Responsibility as following as under you
∎ Greet and welcome patients.
∎ Appointment entry.
∎ Answer questions and address complaints
∎ Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
∎ Keep updated records and files
∎ Take up other duties as assigned by management
∎ Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
∎ Greeting and welcoming desks as they approach the front desk
∎ Placing Calls.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent computer skill and communication skill is required.
∎ English Typing: Excellent & Bangla Typing: Good.
∎ Must be English medium background
∎ Computer Skill at MS Word, Excel, Internet browsing
