Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operation and maintenance of PABX system
∎ Carry out all typing, drafting of correspondence, secretarial work, making appointments, responding to phone calls, requests for information, taking notes etc.
∎ Receive incoming phone calls and requests for information
∎ Receive and dispatch letters/documents
∎ Operation of other office equipment as and when necessary
∎ Perform typing and secretarial functions as required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
