∎ HSC/ Graduation completed from any reputed College/ University/ A level.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer support through phone
∎ Applicant must have good skills to communicate with customers during conversations over phone.
∎ Good IT skills and excellent customer service skills
∎ Answering telephone and quarries
∎ Face all visitors and guests at the front desk
∎ Capability to manage the front desk activities
∎ Follow different instructions
∎ Filing and preparing electronic patient recording (Microsoft office, access, excel, power point)
∎ Inputting data

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Well trained for this relevant field will get preference.
∎ Candidate should be proficient in using Computer.
∎ Should be smart & well-groomed with pleasant personality
∎ Have to be polite, honest and self-motivated.
∎ Must have maintain office rule.
∎ Should be enthusiastic, active, dedicated, punctual and hard working.

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
