Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Good English communication skills (verbal and Written), Telephone Operator
∎ Skills Required: Computer Operator, Customer Support through Phone, Customer Support/ Client Service, MS Office, Social Media Management, Telephone Communication, Telephone Operator

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Receptionist/ Front Desk
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome the clients, visitors, or guests in the front office and maintain log records.
∎ Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls with greetings in a professional way.
∎ Providing information, forwarding calls, couriers, taking messages, and transferring information to the appropriate person.
∎ Maintain and Update company contact lists.
∎ Handle outgoing and incoming official letters and packages.
∎ Maintaining a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Ensure smooth operation of the Administration department.
∎ Attend Social Media Live.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 25 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Front Desk Working Experience.
∎ Good knowledge of MS. Office and Excel.
∎ Energetic, Quick Learner and Self Motivated.
