Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome all visitors, guests and employees into the front office in a professional manner and maintain records related to Front Desk Operation.
∎ Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
∎ Provide necessary support to the existing and potential customers.
∎ Receive & register all letters, messages, documents time to time and handover those to Attending all visitors & guests at the front office and record their individual details and messages for the concerned employee in their absence.
∎ Update all ledgers.
∎ Monitoring Inventory.
∎ Maintaining chalan/invoice.
∎ Receive all the calls with proper greetings and manner.
∎ Provide proper guidance to the visitors.
∎ Handle the Guests/Visitors most professionally with etiquette.
∎ Maintenance of Leave records to deal leave matters.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
