∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Receiving patient queries and forwarding to concern department.
∎ Must have computer knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel.
∎ Communication skill not limited to cellular, verbal e-mail.
∎ Energetic and enthusiastic to ensure the quality of service to our patients/ clients, problem identification and resolution.
∎ Relationship development with patient & visitor.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing / potential patient to achieve maximum potential of KAMPS.
∎ Required to perform according to the training and guidance given for better productivity & efficiency
∎ Organize and attend the Indoor & outdoor health meeting when necessary.
∎ Perform other helpful activities for KAMPS of when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, hospital and Marketing.
∎ Strong communication skill.
∎ Having a strong interpersonal behavior and capacity.
∎ Be hard working with can do attitude.
