∎ HSC

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Controlling access to office building through reception desk collaborating with office staffs.
∎ Answering and forwarding phone calls (internal and external) with basic and perfect information.
∎ Serving visitors/ guests by greeting, welcoming, directing them with appropriate information pleasantly.
∎ Providing general information to staffs, visitors, clients, suppliers and related others.
∎ Receiving top management with honor and being aware about their presence at office.
∎ Managing front desk.
∎ Maintaining attendance register, movement register, visitor register, business cards etc.
∎ Receiving daily deliveries or couriers and posting them to the concerned end maintaining due register.
∎ Providing employee attendance, late attendance, absence, tour related data to HR Dept.
∎ Inputting access control system data to HR software.
∎ Monitoring reception area to keep it neat and clean.
∎ Maintain notice board in coordination with HR Dept.
∎ Providing Visitor Card to visitors.
∎ Assisting candidate interview and joining process, providing information.
∎ Ensuring use of office ID card for access to office building.
∎ Performing other clerical receptionist duties.
∎ Any other works assigned by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The Candidate should be smart, well conversant and must have knowledge about administrative works, handling of PABX operations, e-mailing, internet browsing, good typing speed Bengali & English both.
∎ Must have min. 2-3 years practical experience in any reputed company.
