Job Responsibilities:
∎ Only female allowed to apply
∎ Capable to handle customer queries/complaints instantly.
∎ Capable to handle Inbound/outbound calls.
∎ Excellent negotiation skills and sound knowledge in diagnostic marketing.
∎ Making appointment as per customer requirement.
∎ Closely work with report coordinator for sending report to the patient.
∎ Maintain data for home collection and executive health check-up patients.
∎ Collect customer feedback.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Positive attitude and self-motivated.
∎ Capable to handle customer queries/complaints instantly. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers; retain new customers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 26 years
∎ Excellent negotiation skill and sound knowledge in diagnostic marketing.
∎ Expert in Computer (MS Word, MS Excel, Email, CRM software etc).
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Face-to-Face Customer Support, Customer Support through Phone, Tele Marketing, Counseling, Guest Relations/Services.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 24000 (Monthly)
