Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
∎ Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
∎ Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
∎ Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
∎ Shall respond to all queries promptly.
∎ Shall respond to request for information in accordance with polices laid down by the Hospital authority.
∎ Maintains security as per procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
∎ Operates telecommunication system by manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
∎ Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
∎ Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Age around 30 years
∎ Good command of spoken and written English.
∎ Strong communication skill.
∎ Smart and pleasant looking, sound health and clear voice.
∎ Good command over Bangla and English.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office software & Hospital management software.
∎ Experience in large organization is preferred.
∎ Ability to work well under pressure, Good social and interpersonal skills.

Salary: Negotiable
