Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take care all clients, visitors and guests into the front officer in a professional manner and maintain records related information to Front Desk Operation.
∎ Receive Letters, Messages, Documents and Email or other them to proper place/persons and keep records.
∎ Receive of all phone calls and will forward all incoming and outgoing call as per desire of the caller.
∎ Maintain Visitor, Staff attendance Register, Movement register and receiving & dispatch goods history.
∎ Handle day to day administrative matters of the Organization.
∎ Good written and oral communication skills in Microsoft Office, E-mail, Internet etc.
