Job Context:
∎ A Reputed Fast Growing Publicly Listed Company in the country is looking eligible and deserving candidates for the above position
∎ Job Location: Head Office but transferable to any other branches of the Company.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage front desk.
∎ Greet and welcome the clients, visitors or guest in front office, direct them to the appropriate person and maintain record.
∎ Answer incoming telephone calls, take messages, provide necessary information and direct calls to appropriate person.
∎ Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access.
∎ Prepare daily attendance.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by management.
∎ Perform all tasks pertinent to Admin and commercial affairs.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the authority.
∎ Handle all incoming and outgoing calls with greetings in a professional way and transfer the calls to the right places.
∎ Maintain various types of registers including movement register, documents/parcels receiving registers.
∎ Handling local & foreign visitors and welcome to business partners to meet their business quires with keeping their details and provide information to take messages/notes.
∎ Attending all visitors & guests at the front office and record their individual details and messages for the concerned employee in their absence.
∎ Proper handling of mail management including Courier, office document collection, letter dispatching both incoming and outgoing.
∎ Familiar with the use of MS office Application Bengali/English letter drafting.
∎ Candidates should be will conversant in receiving the local & overseas call.
∎ Excellent interpersonal/communication skills with good command

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Basic Computer skills
∎ Smart & Active worker.
∎ Good in English bond verbal and written.
∎ Should be smart and good looking, punctual & hard working
∎ Inter personnel communication and multi-tasking skills, adaptability, good organization and planning skills, creativity, commercial awareness.
