∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize smooth Front Office operation
∎ Receive & transfer phone.
∎ Welcome Visitors, Guest in a professional manner
∎ Provide official and administrative support to Md Sir.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customers over the phone and face to face.
∎ Filing the necessary documents.
∎ Receive Parcel, Courier and Bills and distribute the concern person.
∎ Understand all the situations and take the pressure of work, you have to have the mentality to work for a long time.
∎ Product receive & reporting to the concerned department
∎ Must have Computer knowledge, MS Word, EXCEL, Power point, & browsing skill.
∎ To be accountable for Cleanliness & Beautification of the front office
∎ Able to work beyond the office hour.
∎ Any other task (s) as/when assigned by the Management;
∎ Understand all the situations and take the pressure of work

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Front Desk, Receptionist, Telephone Operator
