Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Automobile
∎ • B.Sc Engineer should have at least 3 years' experience where Diploma Engineer should have at least 5 years' experience in maintenance of mechanical equipment in a similar industry.
∎ • Knowledge on fire safety and security issues.
∎ • Ability of hazards identification and risk management.
∎ • Positive approach to critical situation handling
∎ • Sound interpersonal skill
∎ • Profound knowledge on troubleshooting
∎ Skills Required: Ready Mix Concrete

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): BATCHING PLANT, Ready Mix Concrete
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Carry out schedule and breakdown maintenance of all mechanical and automobile equipment of ready-mix concrete plant.
∎ • Operate batching machines in erection and fabrication period.
∎ • Develop the preventive and predictive maintenance system to minimize machine breakdown time.
∎ • Maintain Ready Mix Plant/Transited Mixture/Truck/Motor/Pay Loader and Other Construction equipment as per safety guideline.
∎ • Monitor diesel engine operation and function.
∎ • Provide technical support, training to drivers and operators on vehicle scheduling, log-book writing, Oil calibration etc.
∎ • Preserve all maintenance records as per the standards of requirements.
∎ • Ensure safety precautions as per safety guidelines.
