Job Responsibilities:
∎ Product design, making calculations of product dimensions, drawing sketches of product ideas, and designing mockups of proposed products.
∎ To coordinate the various aspects of process engineering, including planning and development.
∎ Installing and commissioning new production units, monitoring modifications and upgrades, troubleshooting existing processes.
∎ To review existing data (also lab analysis) if more research and information need to be collated.
∎ To conduct root-cause analysis of any failure/defect and finding out the suitable solution for a particular defects/failure.
∎ To manage, coach and develop a highly performing team that meets agreed objectives, best practice, added value and continuous improvements.
∎ Perform market research to determine what types of products may be successful among consumers and how existing products are performing.
∎ Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including deviation, stability studies, product recalls, corrective & preventive actions (CAPA), and re-validations.
∎ Update information on key operational and cost parameters at every stage of the overall process.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Strong computer proficiency.
∎ Mathematical skills to design schematics for potential products and create product dimensions.
∎ Analytical & logical knowledge of quality related issue.
