∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Engineering, Competitor analysis, Construction engineering, Development Research, Market Research, Survey
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Group of Companies

Job Context:
∎ This is a remote base employment where the selected candidates will be liaising with the Regional Office R & D Department located in Sri Lanka.
∎ The employment will be a Full Time Freelance base upon the establishing the Office in Bangladesh will be converted into Permanent Employment.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Performing construction methodology survey, authority survey & standard survey (local).
∎ Understanding the construction industry practice & drive ideas to upgrade the methodologies.
∎ Performing research & development activities to innovate or improve technologies.
∎ Conducting Competitor analysis & construction industry updates.
∎ Providing technical assistance on business development activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2 to 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
∎ Good knowledge in codes (IS, BS and other relevant codes).
∎ Sound communication in English and local languages.
∎ Should have a dynamic capacity, a good team player and ability to meet deadlines.
∎ Male/Female between the age range of 22-35 years.
