∎ Skills Required: Civil Engineering, Cost Analysis, Cost and budget, quantitative analysis, quantity surveyor

Job Context:
∎ We are one of the leading and giant Engineering firms and Construction companies looking for a suitable QS/Quantity Surveyor Engineer for the head office to work and support the team of Project Control regarding financial issues and other Project Control issues.
∎ Candidates/Civil Engineers who do not have QS/Costing/Budget/Financial related experience need not apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ A. Regularly follow up with project team regarding Budget/CTC and give a periodic update to (GM, Project Control).
∎ B. Check all the balance quantity in terms of MTO (materials takeoff) with updated rate.
∎ C. For URA (unit rate analysis) budget - check all the resources loading with productivity & prepare the findings.
∎ D. For RBA (resource-based budget) - check all the projections of resources in terms of the latest plan & prepare the findings.
∎ E. Assist project team (QS, Accounts) in booking cost as per cost center (If require).
∎ F. Coordinate with project planner for any issue of project schedule, guide & follow up with DPR.
∎ G. Collect actual progress data for a specific segment from the project team (Planner) in order to do further analysis.
∎ H. Analyze the direct resources engage in the project.
∎ I. Coordinate with project team (QS) for preparation of cash flow projection.
