Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Quantity Surveying, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Tender pricing / estimation.
∎ Preparation of BOQs, tender documents, contract documents.
∎ Contract administration.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ A Bangladesh national with a bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering (B. Sc.).
∎ Post-qualifying work experience of over 8+ years in civil infrastructure development / building construction projects.
∎ Sound knowledge in tender pricing / estimation, preparation of BOQs, tender documents, contract documents & contract administration.
∎ Ability to liaise with suppliers and obtain competitive pricing and prepare rate analyses.
∎ Excellent PR skills with Clients' / Consultants' representatives.
∎ Proficiency in English.
∎ Work experience with Japanese construction companies at JICA funded projects in Bangladesh will be an added qualification.

Salary: Negotiable
