∎ University of Dhaka,North South University,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

Job Context:
∎ China Major Bridge Engineering Company is involving in the construction of Padma Bridge Rail Link Project.
∎ Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs
∎ Preparing, negotiating and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts
∎ Coordination of work effort
∎ Advising on a range of legal and contractual issues
∎ Valuing completed work and arranging for payments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist QS manager to run cost analyses of the various types of work as a forerunner to tender preparation.
∎ Monitor and control costs throughout the project.
∎ Track any changes to the design or actual work and adjust budget projections.
∎ Value completed work and arrange payments to subcontractors.
∎ Analyse progress and write detailed reports.
∎ Liaise between site managers, project managers, site engineers and the client.
∎ Prepare summary reports for the client and other relevant stakeholders.
∎ Run cost analyses for ongoing repair and maintenance work.
∎ Advise on any outstanding contractual claims remaining.

∎ Age 22 to 40 years
