Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering
∎ Good knowledge on Microsoft Excel & Word, Auto-cad, Microsoft Project.
∎ Ability to understand drawing.
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, Drawing, MS Project, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Construction works, Civil Engineering, Preferably Real Estate and Construction Company, Real estate companies
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Estimate materials quantities as per drawing & BOQ
∎ Prepare Budget as per BOQ, Drawing.
∎ Analyze costs for maintenance and additional building needs
∎ Collect regular materials update from site.
∎ Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
∎ Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
∎ Traveling from the office to various sites as required.
∎ Any job assigned by the management.

∎ Age at most 35 years

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Two Full festival bonus of gross salary. Yearly increment policy. Fully subsidized lunch facilities. • Other facilities as per company policy.
