Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Quantity Surveyor related majors
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Cost estimation and budget management: according to project requirements, conduct cost estimation of construction materials, labor, equipment etc. Formulate project budget and ensure that the project is carried out within the economically feasible range.
∎ Expense control: Monitor the actual expenditure of the project, compare it with the budget, identify and solve the problem of overspending or saving in time and ensure that the cost of the project is controlled within.
∎ Quantity measurement: measure and quantify the engineering project, and compile the bill of quantities, including a detailed list of various materials and workload as the basis for cost estimation and payment.
∎ Payment Management: According to the progress and completion of the project, prepare payment applications and certificates to ensure timely contractors and suppliers in accordance with the contract.
∎ Change Management: Manage change requests in project, assess their impact on cost and schedule ,negotiate with relevant parties and make decisions.
∎ Communication with consultant & employer : communicate effectively with consultant & employer and other relevant parties, coordinate all aspects of the project, and ensure the smooth progress of the project.
∎ Law and Compliance: ensure the compliance of the project in terms of laws, regulations and contract terms and avoid possible legal risks.
∎ Project closure and summary: after the completion of the project, carry out cost summary and analysis, summarize experience and lessons from it and provide guidance for similar projects in the future.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have good communication skills and professional skills be confident in using relevant software.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
