Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed Public/ Private University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for study of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) as per specifications and taking out
∎ quantities from drawings.
∎ Preparing all billing records and marinating it.
∎ Investigation and checking earthwork of the site for the project.
∎ Ensure design specification and safety standards on the project site.
∎ Estimate quantities and cost of materials & labor to determine project feasibility.
∎ Visit Project to ensure quality & development in accordance with the design & Budget.
∎ Estimation, Budget & billing of buildings and other civil works.
∎ Review and assist bid proposals and prepare bid recommendations.
∎ Assist in reviewing and analyzing construction documents, including drawing, scope of work and specifications.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 05 years in related field.
∎ Computer literacy is must.
